[职位描述]任职要求：
? 本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above.
? 食品工程、动物营养、工业工程、谷物加工、油脂等；
Food Engineering, Feed processing, Industrial engineering, Grain process, Oil engineering and so on.
? 具有团队意识，跨部门沟通协调的能力和项目管理能力；
Good team spirit, good cross-department communication and project management ability.
? 明确工作角色和岗位职责，有上进心和责任心；
Good understanding of position responsibility.
? 具有较强的耐心，具有一定的承受和挑战压力的能力；
Good patience, stress tolerance.
? 可以适应长期、或不定期频繁出差；
