[职位描述]Main tasks and duties：
1、监控和抽检供应商的OQC, iPQC, IQC的检验情况及评估工人自检情况
Surpervision and random spot checking of Supplier`s OQC, iPQC, IQC inspection work and ****uate worker`s self-inspection.
2、对由供应商引起的客户投诉进行根本原因分析并提供支持保证改进行动的可持续（8D）
Root cause analysis for customer complaints caused by Supplier with support and supervision (follow up) of improvement **** to ensure sustainability (8D)
3、周度的基于NCR数据的供应商业绩可视化
Weekly visualization of delivered failures ****d on NCR data and up date of Quality performance.
4、支持和监督供应商的整改行动，避免缺陷件被发送
Support and supervise Supplier for corrective ****s to avoid delivery of defects.
5、支持和监督供应商过程改进，避免制造缺陷件
Support and supervise Supplier for process improvement to avoid production of any defects.
6、新产品的首样检验
First sample inspection of new parts
7、创建OQC及来料检验检测单
Creation of inspection checklists OQC and Goods receiving inspection
8、提供相关输入来改进来料检验方法及选用合适的测量工具达到发现所有的缺陷
Inputs for improvement of goods receiving inspection methodology with ****uation of suitable me asurement tools to catch all failures
9、供应商质量审核
Supplier Quality Audits
Qualifications：
1、大专学历及以上，主修机械；
College degree or above. Majored in mechanics;
2、了解产品技术，熟悉焊接、油漆、装配过程；
Technical understanding of production processes especially welding, painting and assembly;
3、掌握品质管理的知识，可以使用office办公；
QA System knowledge; working with office, etc;
4、领导力，主观能动性，信赖的，诚实，有责任心，精益求精，积极主动；
Leadership, Ownership, trustworthy, honest, responsible, precise, pro-active ;
5、能够运用英语进行书面及口头交流优先考虑；
Verbal and written English skill is prefer ;
